It is from this conviction that Hotel Expert Solutions was born, the project founded by Benedetta Chichi, Hotel and Revenue Manager with over twenty years of experience in the hospitality industry. Benedetta is also a lecturer and consultant, with a deep understanding of the hotel market and its dynamics.
The idea behind it is as simple as it is powerful: to integrate revenue management and marketing into a single synergistic strategy, built on the real and specific needs of each hospitality establishment. “I wanted to create a service that was not standard, but modeled on the particular needs of each hotel,” Benedetta explains. "Too often these two disciplines are treated separately, losing the potential for integrated action. I believe in the value of a 360-degree vision."

One of the most significant pieces of feedback received from a client was calling her approach a real “breath of fresh air” compared to standardized solutions. “It's moments like these that motivate me to keep going,” says Benedetta. “I love seeing hotels grow through work built together, day by day.”
Among the most rewarding experiences, Benedetta recalls that of a hotel that, thanks to a custom-built strategy, managed to stand out from the competition and significantly improve its revenues. It is confirmation of the validity of a method that combines technique and creativity, numbers and relationships.
